"Sustainability:  What Does It Mean to Your Company?"
                J. Mark Smith is the creator of E-Design™, a system of sustainable design, a revolutionary new method of waste elimination from your life and design. Mark noticed from years of maintaining landscapes that there was an incredible amount of waste in traditional design, so he set out to help innovative thinkers improve the environment. His breakthrough concepts on eliminating waste and controlling distraction are changing the landscape of asset management and preservation. Born and raised in North Carolina, Mark attended classes in a formal institution but quickly developed interests outside of traditional continuing education, such as Jim Rohn’s business and life philosophy, Strategic Coach Inc. Mastery level of practical thinking and tools, as well as Enlighten Million Wealth Institute led by Mark Victor Hansen. Mark Smith has earned professional designations such as Certified Landscape Professional and Certified Plant Professional, he holds General Contractor, Landscape Contractor and Irrigation Contractor licensing. At the core, Mark is an entrepreneur with a greater good mission to transform the real estate and service industries.
